What a difference two years makes…

What doors can open for you if you make the change you want?

This morning, I got to walk past my favourite building in London, St Paul’s Cathedral, on my way to work.

It has prompted me to reflect on how different my life is now from 2 years ago, because I took the leap and made the change I wanted.

I’m not going to lie, it’s not all been easy, but right now I’m going to focus on the wins:

Today, I’m with my secondary school coachees with Yes Futures at their World of Work Day, where they are meeting employers and employees at ZS Associates. The students are so excited to find out more about the transition into the world of work and their enthusiasm is infectious.

Tomorrow, I am meeting with and learning from a group of coaches, sharing ideas and good practice on coaching around confidence.

Next week, I am leading a Presentation skills training programme with Aspire Leadership, which is always fun, and motivating to see the delegates grow in confidence as they realise how great they are at presenting.

And I’m also coaching a client through strategic thinking for her business, giving her a shot of strategic energy on my Shake Up and Shine half-day coaching programme.

Exciting times.

Where could you be in two years if you make the change you want?
